Description - Description: The Consultant will be responsible to support the ADB Pakistan’s Education Sector team, as well as the relevant Executing Agencies (EAs) and Implementing Agencies (IAs), in the preparation and review of monitoring and evaluation docume ntation. Responsibilities include the overall monitoring of project progress in alignment with the implementation schedule, monitoring of individual contracts, and recommending appropriate contractual measures in instances of implementation delays or disputes among the contracting parties.
