Description - The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Keystone Turbine Services (Cage 6NNE4) for the repair of one (1) Allison 250-C1 8/T63-A-700 engine in support of T63. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” for this action. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.  However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication
