Description - Description: PEACEPLUS Youth Empowerment Project – Strand 4 Young AdultsThis ITT has been issued by the Council in connection with a competitive procurement being conducted in accordance with the Regulations. The Council invites Tenders from suitab ly qualified and experienced economic operators, ‘Bidders’, for the delivery of Strand 4 Young Adults, a transformational Youth Empowerment Project – Inspiring Future Belfast. The Strand 4 Young Adults engages 96 Young Adults, aged 19-25 in a targeted cross community project focusing on building capacity of the young adults to develop as peer leaders in communities and help promote peace building.
