Description - Description: Derry City and Strabane District Council invite suppliers to tender for PeacePlus Out and About (BAME). This is one of several key BAME (Black and Minority Ethnic) projects within the Local Co-Designed Action Plan. This project is a soci al and capacity 2-year project. BAME council area residents (along with some members of the wider community) will explore and understand Northern Ireland's places, culture, heritage and traditions as well as engaging in capacity work.
