Description - Description: The T1 tram project provides for various noise reduction measures at source on these axes, such as reducing traffic loads, moderation of traffic speed and the installation of phono-absorbent coverings. Despite these measures, the require ments of the OPB are not respected for a certain number of buildings after the commissioning of the T1 tram line in 2026. For these buildings, the project then incorporates a measure to reduce noise pollution which consists in laying pvc and wooden antibruity windows, as well as soundproofing the boxes of the storos of the replaced windows.This call for tenders relates to the soundproofing of blinds (approximately 1,800) and replacement of straps
