Description - Start-Up in Residence Challenge Reduce the outflow of childcare employees. Pathway: Start Up in Residence innovation. What are we looking for? We are looking for concrete, easily implementable (partial) solutions that can reduce the high outflow in t he childcare sector in the short term. The solution must be easy to implement and use and require little additional time. We are thinking, for example, of solutions regarding modern/good employment practices, reducing administrative burdens and workload, and increasing the autonomy and job satisfaction of pedagogical professionals. But we are also open to solutions that we have not yet thought of.
