Description - Description This contract concerns services relating to the implementation of surveillance and remote monitoring rounds of unoccupied buildings and land managed by the Department of Heritage and General Resources of the Lyon Metropolis. Remote monito ring will include the supply and installation of an autonomous alarm system. Each device in the system, including the control panel, must be powered by batteries. There will be no mains connection. Remote monitoring services must be provided by a central unit including the following services: - doubt removal services, - 24/7 remote monitoring of the site - 1 cyclical test every 24 hours - support for alarm instructions -updating alarm instruction
