Description - The objective of this contract is to contribute and provide support to the State Advocate’s Office to bring judicial practices in line with best European Union practices and Human Rights standards, which in turn will improve effectiveness and perfo rmance of the institution in exercising its public functions through support in the following areas: • Support to elaborate/develop a five-year Strategic Plan for the State Advocate’s Office. • Support to improve and strengthen the institutional capacities of the State Advocate’s Office through provision of continuous training/ capacity building activities.
