Description - Description: The object of the procurement is to conduct a performance study aimed at analyzing the performance of support services provided by family-based substitution service providers (guardianship, adoption, adoption and foster families) for fam ilies who receive the service and the parties concerned, such as local governments. The aim is to get an overview of the well -functioning aspects of the system and developments, as well as analysis of foreign practices. In order to analyze foreign internships, the contracting authority wants to analyze the practices of at least four countries. Among the countries under investigation shall be those with at least ten years of practice in the field
