Description - The EU ETS is a cornerstone of the Green Deal and an important part of the Fit for 55 package, and the revision of the EU ETS directive for aviation an important part of this pact. The support service must provide support for the preparation of imple menting legislation as defined in the Emissions Trading Directive, as well as support for the application of the implementation provisions defined in the Emissions Trading Directive. The work will consist of providing expertise for the establishment of a monitoring, reporting and verification scheme (MRV — Monitoring, Reporting and Verification) for monitoring, reporting and verifying non-CO2 effects from aviation.
