Description - This is a procedure with negotiation, in application of articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Public Procurement Code (hereinafter referred to as "The Code"). This public contract is a framework agreement within the meaning of art icles L2125-1.1° and R2162-1 et seq. of the Code. The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed by issuing purchase orders, without negotiation or prior re-competition (under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code). Pursuant to article R2162-4 of the Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount of 900,000 euros
