Description - The public market is a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in quantity for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2° of the public procurement code. The maximum quantities are defined in Appendix 3 of the CCTP “Maximum quantities”. The public market is single-awarded. The public contract is processed at unit prices set in the unit price schedule (BPU) for the lot concerned.
