Name of Tendering Authority-: Division of Food Science and Technology, SKUAST-K, Shalimar, Srinagar. 2. Method of selection-: Selection of the bidders will be done at two stages. In the first stage the bidders will be pre-qualified based on the compliance with specifications and other requirements mentioned in the technical bids. The bids ofonly technically qualified bidders will be considered for opening the Financial bid. 3. A pre Bid conference will be held- YES Date-: Date will be communicated to the participating bidders separately.Venue-: Division of FST, SKUAST-K, Shalimar, Srinagar 190025. Details: A maximum of two representatives of each bidders shall be allowed toparticipate on production of authority letter from the bidder. Bidders requiring any clarification on tender may send their queries to the PI RuTAG Project/Head Division of FST zameerskuastj@rediffmail.com. All the queries shall reach Division of FST, SKUAST-K, Shalimar, by email with an attachment in MS Word Format atleast two days prior to the pre bid conference date. Division of FST shall endeavour to respond to the queries within specified period specified therein but not less than 5days prior to the Bid due date. Division of FST reserves the right not to respond to any question (s) or provide any clarification. 4. The bidder must submit one copy each of the technical bid and Financial Bidseparately in separate sealed covers. Bids received in unsealed condition will be summarily rejected. 6. The Bidders are required to submit two envelopes, one labelled “Technical Bid” and the other labelled “Financial Bid”. Both the bids sealed in one larger envelope should be marked, “Tender for rate contract of-------(Name of the equipment). Bids will be opened only in the presence of evaluation committee. The name of the bidder submitting the bid must also be clearly indicated on the envelope. Each bid (Technical and Financial separately) shall be page numbered and Financial figures shall be laminated /covered with transparent adhesive tape. 7. The technical bid must not contain any pricing information. If the technical bid contains any commercial information, the bid is liable to be rejected. In submitting additional information, please mark it as “supplementary” to the required response. If the bidder wishes to propose additional services (or enhanced level of services) beyond the scope of this tender, the bid must include a description of such services as a separate and distinct attachment of proposal. 8. Bids must be submitted not later than on 15-04-2024. Bids received after this will not be entertained or considered. 9.
