Description - This contract is for the supply of all sanitary and plumbing consumables necessary for the work carried out by the services of the municipality of Biscarrosse. The consultation will give rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement executed as the purchase order is issued as provided for in Articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code of public order. This contract is single-attribute. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of execution of one (1) year from 01/01/2024.
