Description - This contract is conducted in the form of a contract with an adapted procedure, according to articles R2121-1 to R2121-9, R2123-1, R2131-12-2, R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the Public Order Code. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year fr om its notification date, until 12/31/24. It is then renewable 3 times for a period of one year by tacit renewal, without exceeding the date of 12/31/2027. The contract is concluded with an annual maximum of 160,000 EUR excluding tax. Each lot is multi-awarded with 3 economic operators to the maximum.
