Description - Description: Supply of plants - trees, shrubs, seeds and young plants of seasonal, perennial, bulbs, and grass seeds - for the City of Vannes Lots 1 to 3 of the framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts in the con ditions of the specifications. Each of these three lots will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). Lots 4 to 6 of the framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications.
