Description - Description: The purpose of this pre-tender market engagement exercise is to consult with the market to determine levels of interest in a possible requirement for 27 multi-modal rail wagons for the provision of Network Rails seasonal treatment servic es.Network Rail intends to purchase a new build fleet of 27 multi-modal freight wagons.
