Description - Framework agreement for supplies with purchase orders with minimum and maximum amounts set, in accordance with articles R2162-2 2°, R2162-4 1°, R2162-13; R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Contract awarded to several suppliers as follows: Candidate s may submit an offer for one or more supplies. Candidates are not required to submit an offer for all supplies. Purchase orders will be awarded according to the terms indicated in the consultation regulations. Lots no. 2 and 3 will be awarded in mini-lots, in accordance with articles R2122-8 and R2123-1 2° of the public procurement code. These framework agreements will therefore be concluded without prior advertising or competitive bidding.
