Description - Description: Supply of foodstuffs, packaging and unique uses for the Culinary Production Units of the Hérault Departmental Council meeting the objectives of its "High Food Quality" policy. The organization of school catering is based on centralized production of meals, via 5 Culinary Production Units (UPC) which cover the departmental territory in 2 East and West basins. These units are located in the municipalities of Fabrègues, St Clément de Rivière, Lansargues, Agde and Puisserguier and produce meals for 59 satellite colleges, for an overall average production of 23,000 meals per day. The supply of food is shared for the 5 UPCs and the menus are harmonized across all 59 colleges. The
