DEPUTY CONSERVATOR MARINE DEPARTMENT CHENNAI PORT AUTHORITY BUDGETARY OFFER FOR 1 No. (1 TON) PICK UP VEHICLE ON DRY LEASE CONTRACT WITH DRIVER COST SCHEDULE-A S. No Description Daily rate INR Total Amount for Three years (365 days * 3) 1. SUPPLY OF 1 No. (1TON) PICK UP VEHICLE ON DRY LEASE CONTRACT WITH DRIVER 2 GST @_ GRAND TOTAL (Grand Total in words Rupees _only excluding GST) Terms & Conditions: 1. The quoted rate in Schedule A shall be excluding applicable GST. 2. The contractor shall supply vehicles less than two years old (Made in India) for dry leasing and should be registered in the name of the contractor with local registration. 3. Comprehensive insurance cover for the vehicle throughout the contract period shall be borne by the contractor. 4. The Road Tax, FC, valid permit, insurance, and other statutory duties and taxes as applicable for the entire period of the contract shall be valid and the cost shall be borne by the contractor. 5. Chennai Port will provide the parking area free of cost. 6. The Driver is to be provided by the contractor. 7. Diesel for the vehicle will be supplied by the Chennai Port. 8. Vehicles must be supplied on all days, from 0600 hrs. to 1800 hrs. In case of emergency, the vehicle shall be available as per the requirements of the Port. 9. Regular Periodical Service, Maintenance and repairs as per OEM recommendations shall be carried out by the contractor. The maintenance on the vehicle: - a) The contractor shall maintain the entire vehicle including the replacement of tyres, tubes, batteries, spares, electrical & mechanical repairs, and other breakdown repairs, etc., at its own cost. b) The braking unit and steering control unit shall be always kept in good working condition. c) The contractor shall maintain a register/ records of the utilization of the vehicle and maintenance schedule.
