Description - The purpose of this contract is to supply, install and ensure the maintenance of an access authorization system, compatible with any existing equipment at the recycling centers of Cancale, Miniac-Morvan, Saint-Malo, Saint-Méloir des Ondes, Saint -P� �re-Marc-en-Poulet, on behalf of Saint-Malo Agglomération. This access authorization system will only be reserved for “individual” users, “provider” users and “community” users. It will allow possible access to recycling centers to users holding a badge, and to collect elements relating to vehicle flow management and access control on a database.
