Description - Description: Neuropsi wishes to acquire a reversed cell of cells or demonstration for its transcriptomic platform which will be essentially intended for the sorting of cells obtained after dissociation of nervous tissues (or their nuclei). These cell s are weakened by dissociation which leads to a loss of their dendrites/axons, it is therefore essential that this sorting is carried out at low pressure (500mbar maximum) so as not to damage them. The speed of sorting, as well as refrigeration, is also an important criterion for ensuring the quality of the bookstores obtained (for sequencing applications of unique cells).
