Description - The IN VIVO linear confocal optical coherence tomograph (LC-OCT) microscope offers 3D imaging allowing real-time images of different skin tissues to be obtained with a resolution close to histology and sufficient depth. This non-invasive imaging tech nique combines the advantages of optical techniques currently available in terms of resolution, penetration and orientation of the image. LC-OCT makes it possible to optimize the early detection of skin cancers, in particular melanomas.
