Description - Description: The overarching requirement of this project is to develop and prepare comprehensivedesigns for the removal and replacement of the RAAC slab units, undertake all enablingand necessary associated works and subsequently install and commissi on thereplacement solution. The RAAC slabs are present in two principal areas: Above twoLightwells / Atriums at first floor level and to the roof of the roof level Plant Room.This project is split into two principal Phases as outlined below - a Design Phase (1) anda Build Phase (2), each with their own corresponding Work Packages. The SubContractor shall provide firm costs for all works under Phase 1 and estimated costs forworks under Phase 2.loc
