Description - Description: Through this contract, a series of works will be executed in which new strategic telecommunications infrastructures will be created, the existing ones will be improved and those that, in their day they worked well, but are currently turn ed off, in disuse or useless. These communications infrastructure will be publicly owned, but they may be made available to telecommunications service operators (DTT, optical fiber, Wimax, 3G/4G, etc.) as strategic points from which to offer their services.
