Description - The Department wishes to continue to develop its counting policy. Its data collection system is currently mainly based on the use of pneumatic pipe meters which are poorly suited to the network with heavy heavy goods vehicle traffic, and are generall y a source of risk for the agents responsible for installation and removal. The solution chosen by the Department is based on the installation of electromagnetic loops on the sections deemed the most dangerous. This contract concerns: - The supply and installation of counting loops or electromagnetic sensors on roadways. - The repair of existing counting loops or electromagnetic sensors damaged during road maintenance work or for any other reason
