INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BIDDERS: 1.1 Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur (Bihar) invites tender/bids under two bid System (Technical Bid and Financial Bid separately). 1.2 Information/ notice regarding this tender may be seen at university website (www.bausabour.ac.in) and tender document may be downloaded from the same website. 1.3 Tender document fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as mentioned above must be in favour of The Comptroller, BAU, Sabour and payable at SBI, Sabour. No interest is payable on EMD/Bid Security will be payable. MSME /Starts up will be given exemption as per rule on the basis of attached certificate issued to respective bidder as per applicability and the purpose for which it has been issued. 1.4 All conditions and parameters will be evaluated with reference to the supporting documents submitted/attached by the bidders. 1.5 The University reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning any reason whatsoever it may be. 1.6 Details of date and time of bid downloading, pre bid meeting, bid opening etc. is mentioned above. 1.7 Tenders must be submitted on or before the date and time mentioned above. The department/ tendering authority don't take any responsibility for the delay/ non submission of tender. 1.8 The bidders shall attach signed (with date & seal) copies of all the relevant/required certificates, documents etc. in support of the claim. Attached copies should be legible and clear. 1.9 The Technical Bid and Financial Bid needs to be filled-in properly and must be packed in two separate envelop namely “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” 1.10 Corrigendum /Addendum, if any, will be published on university website i.e. www.bausabour.ac.in only. 1.11 The bidders should quote their offer/rates in clear terms without ambiguity. 1.12 The bidder shall submit its Technical and Financial Bid as per process given in the tender documents. 1.13 The online filled up sheet and uploaded copy should be downloaded and after taking print out of these hard copies should be submitted containing two sealed and signed envelopes as per the details given below: Technical Bid: The first envelope should be superscribed as "TECHNICAL BID” and it must contain all the documents related to technical parameters. The tender no., tender name and agencies/ firms address must also be mentioned on the cover page of envelop. Financial Bid : The second envelope will be superscibed as “FINANCIAL BID” and it must contain all the documents related financial parameter. The tender no., tender name and agencies/ firms address must also be mentioned on the cover page of envelop. Financial bid of technically qualified bidders will only be opened on the date and time of opening of financial bid. 1.14 An Index Page showing contents/annexure and page no. should be annexed first followed by relevant documents with proper page numbering. If an index page is not attached/ annexed the tender may be summarily rejected.
