The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR’s Corporate Budget for CY 2024 i ntends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Million Pesos (PhP500,000,000.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) for Donations.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2.
