Description - The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Supply and delivery of 2 x new passenger vehicle, 7-Seater SUV.   The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
