Description - In order to ensure the connection of nomadic video protection cameras to the urban supervision center, the Plaine Vallée urban community wishes to have a Machine to Machine (M2M) type service. As part of this contract, the holder provides the Plaine Vallée Urban Community with an M2M communication service (projected: 30 SIM cards) including: - data communications routing services; - the supply of equipment necessary for the use of the service; - tools for administration and management of the execution of the market and services; - an organization for technical, commercial and after-sales monitoring of the market.
