Description - Description The object of the Supervision Services contract "Design and Execution of the Sibiu - Fagaras Motorway, Section 1: Boita (Sibiu-Pitesti Motorway) and Avrig-Marsa (DJ105G), km 0+000-km 14+253" will consist in the provision of supervision se rvices of high quality, both during the period of design and execution of the works, and during the period of guarantee of the works, in order to track the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordance with the contractual obligations, particularly with regard to the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and works.In accordance with Art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/201
