Description - SYVADE wishes to retain a service provider to carry out a study on the treatment and recovery of household and similar biowaste in the territory of member EPCIs (CAP EXCELLENCE, CANBT for Petit-Bourg and Goyave, CCMG). This study, as as a decision su pport tool for our establishment, must: - Integrate the collection issues and the systems envisaged by the member EPCIs; - Describe the most optimal treatment and recovery solutions, existing or to be put in place by the SYVADE, for each of the territories in particular Marie-Galante which suffers from a double insularity.
