Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to conduct a study in order to carry out a state of the art of present pressures, avoided, strongly limited or deleted within the potential ZPFs, in view of the ecological issues targeted in par t in the SNAP 2022-2024 of the handle facade is North Sea which can justify their labeling.
