Description - Description: From 1 November 2019, the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RME) has been designated by the Ministry of Energy (ED) as a regulatory authority in accordance with Section 2-3 of the Energy Act. RME is still part of NVE, and will carry out i ts tasks as an independent regulatory authority. An increasing number of customers are waiting for connection to the electricity grid. It has a cost to society that customers do not get a connection to the electricity grid when they want it, and RME needs a method that can estimate what this socio-economic cost is. The assignment is described in more detail in the requirements specification. Value estimate for the acquisition is NOK 800,000 ex. V
