Description - Description: Since January 1, 2019, the State has delegated to the Department of Seine-Maritime the allocation of its stone aid for the construction, acquisition, rehabilitation and demolition of social rental housing, rental-accession, renovation of private housing.The scope of the Departments delegation corresponds to the entire department outside the scope of the EPCIs already delegated: Rouen Normandy Métropole, Le Havre Seine Métropole Urban Community, Caux Seine Agglo Urban Community and Dieppe Maritime Urban Community.Today, the State is asking the Department to renew the delegation of stone aid, with a move from type 2 delegation level to type 3 delegation, on January 1, 2025.
