Description - The undertaking consists of renovation and rebuilding of student apartment buildings as well as extensive pipe replacement and land planning. Studentgatan 4, 8 and 12 were built around 1971 and are in need of extensive renovation and replacement of t echnical installations. The rebuilding also involves extensive management replacement of the entire media package in the ground. Studentgatan 4 is being renovated according to a lighter concept where we keep the corridor rooms with associated communal kitchens, while some rooms are converted to become their own apartments with their own kitchens. Studentgatan 8, 12, 14 and 16 are being rebuilt into their own apartments. Total number of apartments
