Description - Description 1. The Commonwealth through RAAF Security and Fire School (RAAFSFS) has a requirement to deliver Initial Employment Training (IET) and Post Initial Employment Training (PIET) for security and firefighting specialists. 2. Physical training is a critical program element, delivered in order to develop robust individuals who can transition to the workforce. RAAFSFS physical training incorporates Human Performance Optimisation (HPO) principles to enhance physical and cognitive training outcomes. 3.
