Description - RBWM is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver a Stop Smoking Service accessible to residents who live in the Borough. Service model will be based on the Stop Smoking + model (Public Health England (PHE), 2017) with 3 Tiers of stop smoking support as detailed in this Service Specification. Whilst smoking prevalence in the RBWM is similar to regional and national values, there are substantial inequalities with some individuals either at higher risk of tobacco harm or from groups where there is a significantly higher prevalence of smoking compared to the general population.
