Description - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is offering for sale one (1) item.  Item 1 of timber is on approximately 210 acres named the Turtle Shell Timber Sale.  Item one (1) of this sale is located on Raystown Lake Project in Huntingdon County, near Hessto n,  Pennsylvania.  The sale area is approximately 210 acres and is being managed as follows: Blocks 1 & 2  - 210 acres.  The primary sawtimber species composition of designated timber consists of northern red oak, chestnut oak, and sugar maple. Previously used haul roads, log landings and skid trails exist therefore site impacts with respect to new construction will be minimal.
