Description - Description: Notice is hereby given by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), of its intent to enter into a contract with ECLIPSE FOUNDATION FOR INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTS (“Eclipse”) to provide the following SERVICE TYPES for its TRAIL PROGRAMS: 1. STAFFED RESIDENTIAL – two staffed living homes CONSOLIDATING TO ONE LOCATION OF SERVICE. The home has 6.35 FTE based on a 37.5 hour week and 238 gross fixed service levels per week. The new home has the capacity for four (4) funded spaces, 3 of which are moving from other resources and the 4th individual will utilize a newly created vacancy with no additional funding required in the new resource.1.
