Description - Description The “BC St. Martin im Sulmtal” project consists of 3 construction phases: Phase 1: not part of the contract: demolition of the existing property (demolition carried out in May 2024). Phase 2: New construction of a kindergarten/nursery building with an elevated connecting building (gymnasium, multi-purpose hall). The walls of the new building will be constructed of brick or wood, the ceiling construction will be made of reinforced concrete ceiling or wooden ceiling construction. The roof construction is made of steel or wood. The construction of the new building will take place while the school or daycare center is in operation in the neighboring elementary school building.
