Description - Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the designated seaport(s) within the country of Kuwait in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requ irements stated through the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with the “Best Commercial Practices”. The Contractor shall provide all the gear, Material Handling Equipment (MHE), materials, supplies, management, and sufficient amounts of qualified general & skilled labor to satisfy the full scope of operating seaport terminal for this contract.
