Description - Description: The Main Energy Centre at HMP Perth has 4No 1200kW dual fuel (gas/oil) boilers which provide Medium Temperature Hot Water (MTHW) at 120/90C to all buildings on-site. The MTHW provides heating and hot water to each building via MTHW-LTHW plate heat exchangers.
