Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide for the supply of fry to fulfill the restocking plans of the Provincial Fisheries Commissions in the five Flemish provinces. In implementation of the public fisheries policy, each of the five Flemish Provincial Fisheries Commissions draws up one restocking plan annually for the release of fry for public fisheries in the various fishing waters in the territory of its province. The restocking plans include the fish species and the quantities of fry that are released per fishing water and per stocking location on that fishing water. These are fish species that are interesting for angling and therefore not rare fish species. The
