Description - Description: Specialist youth care is not freely accessible support that requires specific expertise that cannot be provided from the frontline -segment A- and to which no other legislation applies. This includes, among others, the Social Support Act (Wmo), the Health Insurance Act, and the Long-term Care Act (WLZ). Specialist youth care usually concerns more simple requests for help, where the required effort is predictable based on the prior information and problem formulation. The course of the process can therefore be planned. There is a limited number of contact moments or limited amount of time per month for commitment required by the Youth Assistance Provider.
