Description - Description: The client plans to award services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2, Technical Equipment (here mainly LPh 1-3 and 5-9) for building maintenance (BUN) and for small new buildings, conversions and extensions (KLB) to the usually BA-owned properties in the southern region via time-limited framework contracts. The framework agreement has a fixed term of 2 years and includes the option for the client to extend it twice for a further year each time.The tender is divided into three subject lots according to the 8 system groups according to Section 53 Paragraph 2 No. 2 HOAI.
