Description - Description: London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham wish to commission a specialist co-located Independent Domestic Abuse Advocacy (IDVA) service co-located across Housing, local Criminal Justice Services and Childrens Social Care to provide suppor t to victims/survivors of domestic abuse at risk within the borough, with additional resource to support victims/survivors with complex/multiple disadvantage (immigration issues, complex mental health, substance misuse).
