Description - The purpose of the contract is the sorting and processing of rubble from the boxes of the municipal technical centers (CTM) of the 21 municipalities belonging to the SIOM of the Chevreuse Valley and the Villejust recycling center. This is a unit pric e framework agreement which is executed by issuing purchase orders, in application of article R2362-8 of the Public Order Code. The minimums and maximums are expressed in tonnages processed, as follows: ? Minimum annual quantity: 1,000 tonnes? Maximum annual quantity: 4,500 tonnes. The start date of the framework agreement is set for April 15, 2024. It is concluded for a period of two years from April 15, 2024, it may be tacitly renewed annually.
