Description - Description: The 52d Fighter Wing has a requirement to install a stand-alone Automated Entry Control System (AECS) in Building 24 at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. The AECS must control entry at two (2) doors in Building 24 to limit access into the o pen storage area and prevent entry by unauthorized personnel. Contractors must be approved by the 52d Fighter Wing Information and certified to perform work in US classified areas with secure information.
