Description - Dear Prospective Offerors: The Embassy has a requirement for a firm to enter into a BPA that establishes the terms and conditions applicable to future purchases. A BPA is an agreement, not a contract. Service Performance will be funded through Calls/ Orders which shall subsequently be priced and funded with a specified performance period. All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work.
